I always enjoyed my lessons and found my instructor friendly and helpful. If I didn't understand something then he would explain it or draw it so that I could see what I needed to do. If I did something wrong the he would explain where I had gone wrong. I always found him approachable and he made me feel at ease.

Learning to drive with Freedom Driving School was a pleasurable experience. My instructor was helpful and very supportive. He tailored his instructions so that I could understand them a little easier whilst completing manoeuvres etc. He wasn't to pushy but didn't hold back if he felt I needed to be pushed that little bit more. Very good value for money. Very happy, Thank You.

Before learning with Freedom Driving School, I had another instructor who I wasn't confident with, a fiend recommended Freedom Driving School and I was really happy with the teaching, it restored my confidence and I found I was enjoying it. I was originally looking for a female driving instructor in Preston as I thought that I would feel more comfortable. I contacted a few companies, Freedom Driving School being one of them and Matthew responded almost immediately. He made me feel at ease as soon as I spoke to him, he said try a lesson with him and see what I think, so I did and I felt comfortable then approximately 16 lessons later I was ready for my test which I passed first time. I have since recommended Freedom Driving School to my husband who also passed his test first time and my sister in law who is currently almost ready for her test. I would defiantly recommend Freedom Driving School

Matt was very flexible with lesson times and willing to accommodate any changes with pick up or drop off points. He was always patient during lessons and always explained everything in detail. Learning to drive with Freedom Driving School was an excellent experience. My driving instructor Matthew Hayhurst was very well organised, always on time, excellent with clear explanations, knowledgeable and very supportive. It took only 4 months from the day I started to the day that I passed my driving test (great day!). I would 100% recommend Freedom Driving School.

Having had driving lessons in the past I was uncertain as to whether I wanted to drive. My instructor was friendly explained things in different ways when I didn't understand and helped build up my confidence. He was calm explained things using diagrams and talked me through manoeuvres and let me take things at my own pace. Before I knew it he was telling me I was ready for the test. Before using Freedom Driving School I disliked driving intensely with my instructor that changed. I would recommend this driving school.

It was a great experience, Matthew made me feel relaxed, confident and safe. He was always positive and patient even when demonstrating and explaining for the hundredth time. Matthew made stressful things fun and he was always supportive, understanding and very flexible whenever I had to cancel or move lessons. It was a pleasure to drive a lovely car and it was always clean and tidy. Matthews level of technical knowledge was excellent as was his knowledge of the tests and routes etc. He also set me private practice and gave me feed back on the progress I was making so that I would be able to work on my weak points. I passed my test first time and I would recommend Matthew and Freedom Driving School to friends and family.

Just a quick note to say thanks for all your help and support in getting my daughter Hannah through her driving test.

Hannah had been driving for some time prior to coming to Freedom Driving School, and driving tests had never been discussed. On her first lesson you recognised that Hannah was ready for her test and within 2 months and probably only around 8 lessons, she had passed her test. I am convinced that she would still be going for her weekly lesson, spending £100 per month, and still not have put in for her test.

Hannah is enjoying her "Freedom" and being able to spend more time with her pony and not having to rely on us to get her to the stables.

My only regret is that she did not come to you straight away when she turned 17, it would have saved us a fortune. I have, and will continue to recommend you to friends and wish you well in the future for you and your family.
